The Pork Muffin and Other Delights



On Sunday, the caterer packed us up some of the tender vittles she was planning on making for the wedding and Lauren and I took them home for a private tasting.

While the bruschetta, chicken satay skewers, mini crabcakes, and savory cheesecakes were all delightful, it is the pork tenderloin and peach chutney on a sweet potato muffin that I really needed to tell you about.

It was really good.
